CENTRE TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT (St. Joseph County, IN) 161, a new 1999 Chevrolet Suburban, has become one of the newest pieces of the appratus fleet fo the Centre Township Fire Department. It serves as a light rescue and is first due on all medicals. It carries an automatic defribulator, oxygen, multi-gas detector, as well as basic medical and patient packaging supplies. CLAY TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT (St. Joseph County, IN) Clay Twp. is added on to their station #2 on Auten Road. New sleeping quarters, administrative offices, an expanded kitchen, as well as a new dispatch center are just some of the features of the addition. HARRIS TOWNSHIP FIRE DEPARTMENT (St. Joseph County, IN) Harris Twp. is building a brand new station at the corner of Bittersweet and Anderson. This new station will become station #2, and the current station #2 will become station #1 when construction is complete PENN NORTH FIRE DEPARTMENT (St. Joseph County, IN) Penn North has temporarily constructed a pole barn style building and call it station #2 on Apple Road.
